HAPPY AND SAD...
Our current foster beagle, 9-year-old Jake, the sweetest, mellowest beagle ever, is being adopted later this week! The family includes two young and one older daughter, along with an extra large beagle/basset mix adopted from Young At Heart 5 years ago, also super mellow. We hope they'll join the group and attend some meetups so we can see Jake now and then, and also Bailey, their big one, is just a huge hunk of beagle love, everyone should get to meet him :)
Jake did great with his knee surgery and is totally healed. THANKS AGAIN from all of our hearts for those who donated to support that expense for Young At Heart rescue. It means so much and he's such a sweetheart dog worth helping.
